Once you have found a home that you wish to pursue, I can assist you with the process of securing the purchase. In the case of a home offered for sale outside of the auction environment, my service to you would involve preparing your written offer for presentation to an owner.
This service may include me helping you coordinate due diligence tasks such as obtaining a building inspection report, a registered valuation, or a rental appraisal. In the case of an auction listing, my role will entail working with you throughout the pre-auction process (including possibly submitting a pre-auction offer if that option is available), right through to advising you on an auction day strategy to maximise your chance of success. Some buyers have even asked me to bid for them at the auction.
